What this site is
CVTemplate.ie is a free CV builder with layouts that match what Irish employers actually expect: two pages, no photo, clear work history. Everything is built in the browser and downloads without sign-up. The guides cover writing a CV, cover letters, resignation letters and starting with no experience.
It exists because most CV tools online push US-style resumes, then charge you at the download button.
Where the data comes from
The advice draws on public guidance from Irish recruiters and state employment services, distilled into templates.
How it stays accurate
Templates and guides are reviewed as hiring conventions shift. Nothing you type is ever sent to a server, so there is no account to maintain.
Who runs it
CVTemplate.ie is a personal project, built and maintained by an independent web developer. It is free to use and not affiliated with any government body or official organisation. The tools here are provided for convenience; for decisions that matter, always confirm with the official source.
